I received excellent service from Oliver! I changed my mind last minute to a full body massage and he was really accommodating. It was my first massage ever and he explained the process to me and the sensations to expect, he provided me with some tips for aftercare as well! Silky smooth skin post massage! I went another day for a full manicure, and I adored the glossy finish! Delightful service, welcoming and accommodating.
Oliver was EXCEPTIONAL. He is extremely welcoming and professional. So I’m 9 months pregnant and reached out to him for a last minute facial before giving birth and he kindly squeezed me in at the end of his day. I used to get facials regularly 3 years ago but never found someone I trusted when I moved to Manchester, I knew that getting a facial after so long would most likely be quite uncomfortable especially with the pregnancy, but nope, Oliver managed to be quick, thorough and inflict as little discomfort as possible all while chatting with me and ensuring I was at ease. I was in and out after just 20 minutes and my skin was glowing, the products he uses are top-notch. After I have my baby, I’ll definitely be returning.
