Terribly disappointed!!! Scheduled appointment ignored! Who cares? Your reservation is irrelevant!!! Placed in a chair with no attention, just sit and wait, walk-ins are warmly welcomed!!! Nails done without a base coat... why? Pedicure tools not cleaned or sanitized!!! Now my partner has toe fungus! Thank you for that! My nails deteriorated rapidly and caused a lot of pain. In 30 years, I have never encountered this problem. I will never return to this establishment. Worst service experience ever!! It's disheartening to see numerous customers coming in to have issues fixed. Worst nail salon I've ever been to!! Will not return!!!
I always enjoy having my nails done at this place, the team is extremely friendly and accommodating to any preferences. I usually opt for BIAB gel, but they offer a wide range of services including acrylics with a vast selection of gel polish colours. Moreover, the salon is impeccably clean and organized, and they always offer beverages, which adds a nice touch to the overall experience. After coming here, I wouldn't consider going anywhere else!
Absolutely adore visiting this place. The technicians are incredibly kind and welcoming. The treatments are outstanding... the pedicure is the best I've ever had, and they consistently make my nails look fantastic 👌 I highly, highly recommend this place...
