Took our daughter here for her initial ear piercings and Vicky was phenomenal. Our daughter was anxious and Vicky really guided her through all the questions she had. The first ear piercing was uncomfortable and Vicky allowed us ample time to calm her down and decide if she wanted to continue. Consent is a key focus. We were made to feel at ease throughout the entire process. Our daughter was once again nervous returning to have her bars shortened and once more Vicky was incredibly patient and supportive. She’s consistently very knowledgeable and thorough in addressing questions and providing care information, etc. I highly recommend Auryn and they have definitely gained a loyal customer in me.
Auryn is truly exceptional - what a fantastic experience ☺️ Vicky and Beth are exceptional at their craft - professional, calming, and the jewellery is displayed in a manner that makes choosing a breeze (although still quite challenging because it’s all so stunning!). I would definitely not consider going elsewhere for my piercings.
Jordan has pierced my forward helix and conch. Both experiences were surprisingly swift and simple, I was slightly anxious for both but he ensured I stayed calm. He also has a keen eye for the perfect jewellery to adorn your ear with! I am absolutely thrilled with both, thank you!
