Quite a varied experience here. Visited yesterday for my daughter's ear piercing. The individual who carried out the piercing was incredibly kind. Very gentle and supportive, helping my anxious daughter to relax. However, the manager was rather unpleasant and brusque. She insisted that we move our bags as they were obstructing the area and watch from outside. We complied, but she persisted in claiming we were in the way of the door and counter, which we were not. She became confrontational and hostile. After the procedure, when I went to pay, I politely suggested that there are more courteous ways to ask people to relocate. She continued to argue and be impolite, even muttering under her breath, "I suppose the customer is always right," before denying it.
A wide array of accessories available - earrings, hair ties, necklaces, hair clips, scrunchies, bracelets, coloured hair spray, keyrings, bag clips, etc. Plenty of options, and I received 3 items for free when I purchased 3. Excellent value for money. The staff provided exceptional service!
