I wanted to tone down the grey, and Chloe truly grasped my vision, creating a stunning blend of colours. Satisfied with my stylish haircut, but my spouse is appalled by the disorganisation at the salon regarding appointments. Her hairstylist was not ready, the colour mix-up left her feeling neglected upon arrival. Nails were also left unfinished. The atmosphere was lacklustre, and the staff's behaviour was quite off-putting. Wishing them better luck in the future!
