This was honestly the worst experience I've ever had. I went in for an acrylic refill with Tom, and he did a terrible job. When I asked for a refund, the manager refused and blamed me for the poor results. The customer service was appalling. I will never return and do not recommend this place to anyone.
I had the most terrible experience here. The manicure was poorly done, the gel polish made my nails thicker and messy. The tools were dirty, and the cleanliness was questionable. The final result was nothing like the reference picture. It was a complete disaster. I left feeling upset and disappointed.
Just had my nails done here for the first time and I absolutely love them! The results were fantastic, and I couldn't be happier.
