Will never return here. Asked for long layers and no length off, the lady took over 3 INCHES OFF!! after saying she would not touch the length and the long layers I asked for were not only above my ear, making them short layers but one side was 2 inches longer than the other! I was horrified and its going to take a long time to grow my hair back and symmetrical!! Not only that, i came in with curly hair, the woman straightened it with water then exclaimed after cutting my hair 'oh i didnt realise your hair was curly'. I WILL NEVER EVER GO HERE AGAIN.
This was my first appointment at Christopher Dean. First of all I popped in asking if they could help with my current hair style and a lovely lady who I believe is Louise, blonde curly hair, (sorry if I have got the name wrong), spent a good 15/20 minutes discussing it with me and that reassured me, so thank you for your advice, so helpful.
