Visited today to get my rear light replaced on my Fiat, they were incredibly helpful and kind, checked it immediately and I was on my way within the hour. The staff were very pleasant, warm & attentive. I will definitely return! I don't know the name of the man who changed my light, he wears glasses and has light brown hair, he was fantastic. Thank you very much.
I thought I had left a review last time I visited, turns out I hadn't so I get the pleasure of doing it now. I've been to the workshop twice and they are WITHOUT DOUBT the most accommodating workshop I've been to. The team is friendly and they call you when they promise, so no need to follow up. Highly recommended!!
Just popped in while passing by, hoping they'd balance the wheels on my 15-year-old Vauxhall Zafira and investigate the vibration issue. They quoted £20 per wheel! Didn't even glance at the car or offer assistance. Useless.
