Took son for a hair makeover Wholeheartedly recommend Serenity

I visited serenity hair stylists on Tuesday with my son. When arranging the meeting, I informed the gentleman that it was his premier hair styling encounter and he desired the complete indulgence. Thus, we scheduled a shampoo, trim, and style. My son was eagerly anticipating it for more than a week. Upon arrival, the gentleman was incredibly impolite that we were prompt for the appointment, and did not wash my son's hair, only trimmed it while dry... there were no layers or thinning, and the trim was uneven... I was charged £12 for this dreadful experience, both my son and I were deeply disheartened... we will not return!
