I took my son to get his ears pierced for his 9th birthday. Lisa was fantastic, put him at ease, fully explained the process and then made sure he was OK afterwards. I would highly recommend xxx
My son had been asking for a while to have his ears pierced. Knowing how he is, I fully expected him to sit in the seat and change his mind but Lisa was so helpful from the moment we stepped through the door and we instantly felt at ease. She explained to my son how to look after them to make sure they were fully healed. My son was 8 at the time and Lisa spoke to my son at his level and my son knew he had to look after his ears and follow what Lisa had said. 100% would recommend
