Appalling customer service, there was none. Three staff members leaning on the counter chatting amongst themselves, didn't even acknowledge my presence in the store.
Desired to purchase a suit. Stood there for 15 minutes awaiting assistance with measurements and advice. Not a single staff member on the floor. Absolutely appalling. Wouldn't suggest.
Utterly dreadful customer service. While conversing with one staff member, another rudely interrupted with no intention to assist; she then walked away without offering any help at all. A place best avoided!
