My spectacles broke, but they swiftly found and fitted a new pair for me. These are crucial for driving. Exceptional customer service.
During my holiday, I visited this branch due to issues with two new pairs of glasses from another branch. Lauren assisted me, and she was fantastic - knowledgeable and easy to communicate with. Lauren went above and beyond to help, guiding me through options and entertaining my kids when necessary. If all stores had a Lauren, life would be smoother and work more enjoyable.
Great service, had a thorough eye examination. Discovered a cataract had developed since my last visit, growing rapidly. The optician was very professional, explained the risks, and advised that I can still drive for now. However, if it worsens, I must stop. Surgery was recommended, but the waiting list in Scotland is long, possibly over two years. Discussed private surgery options, and the optician suggested two nearby private hospitals. Very patient and will make the referral for me.
