(requesting suggestions on social media) I booked the appointment online, I had made a small error (I wanted gel not regular polish) Nikki contacted me right away, this was fixed within minutes! I had a few queries, Nikki responded promptly. Very courteous and professional on social media. My appointment day. Isabella greeted me with a huge grin. She is so amiable & polite and we had a laugh. Thank you for a calming and flawless service. I felt like I was floating on air after my pedicure. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend Utopia to friends and family. I was a bit hesitant about trying a back massage where you lie on a heated mat, but I needn't have worried as it turned out to be the most relaxing and enjoyable experience. I felt incredibly well looked after throughout. The manicure was also a delight, complete with a lovely hand massage.
