I was a bit hesitant about trying a back massage where you lie on a heated mat, but I needn't have worried as it turned out to be the most relaxing and enjoyable experience. I felt incredibly well looked after throughout. The manicure was also a delight, complete with a lovely hand massage. (requesting suggestions on social media) I booked the appointment online, I had made a small error (I wanted gel not regular polish) Nikki contacted me right away, this was fixed within minutes! I had a few queries, Nikki responded promptly. Very courteous and professional on social media. My appointment day. Isabella greeted me with a huge grin. She is so amiable & polite and we had a laugh. Thank you for a calming and flawless service. I felt like I was floating on air after my pedicure. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend Utopia to friends and family. I am extremely dissatisfied with the service received. While my previous experiences were excellent with a male technician, this time I was attended to by one of the female staff members. Unfortunately, she not only applied the entire nail unevenly but also failed to deliver the requested design. She rushed through the process, claiming that the marble nails I wanted would look too busy.
