Had a manicure with Sarah, she was absolutely fantastic. Meticulous and spent extra time ensuring my nails were perfect. A delight to chat with, I'll definitely be back for my next manicure.
The worst experience ever! I had jet black hair, wanted a shift to ash brown. Paid extra for a senior stylist, Courtney. Ended up with highlights, nothing like the picture. Charged £280 instead of the £180 app price, citing thick hair needing extra toner. Never dyed my hair before, wanted ash brown. Courtney washed my hair, saying "different from the picture you showed." Another salon did what I asked for, unlike Courtney. Wouldn't recommend this place, seek elsewhere. My hair was severely damaged later. Wish for a full refund. The first image is what I wanted, the next 2-3 are what I got.
Sarah is incredibly warm, welcoming, and bubbly. Her treatments are top-notch. Every time I get my eyebrows waxed and tinted by her, I feel fantastic when I walk out. Excellent service for a great price.
