I’ve been coming to this nail salon for over 6 months now, and I absolutely love getting my manicure done here, especially Laura. I’m very pleased with how she does my manicure; the results always leave me extremely satisfied.
I come twice a month religiously for over two years. Used to be good, unfortunately, this place has become very disrespectful and entitled to shout at clients when I was unhappy with my nails that Yasmin did that looked like a hawk's bill, too much material. I asked her to fix it; they charged me £60 for cuticle work and gel overlay, and it looked terrible. I contacted the manager, and she disrespected me in the most rude way, saying I am picky and refused to fix it. Your prices are certainly high, and the standard should be too. I will never go back. Rude and ungrateful, I regret using this place this long. The universe will reward me with a kinder environment. Remember, every client is important in business. I will not recommend it to even a dog!
Great salon and great nail artists! Chelsea has done an amazing job and I couldn’t be happier with my nails. They are simply perfect, and I’m in love with the holographic polish.
