My nails and pedicure turned out wonderfully - they are perfect, delicate, and immaculate. I have also been undergoing laser treatments here for years, and now I have no unwanted hair left at a great price. This salon excels in providing a wide range of services. The service is excellent, and the women working here are lovely and kind.

Initially! During my phone conversation, I clearly mentioned that I had gel on my hands and feet - there was no indication of an additional cost for removal. However, upon arrival, as the manicurist began working on my hands, a woman from the back, supposedly the manager, started shouting that it would cost £14 for gel removal on both hands and feet. Simultaneously, another woman was aggressively presenting a card machine to me. Upon reviewing their pricing, it was stated that gel removal was priced at £14 without any accompanying service. In my case, I was receiving a manicure and pedicure, so the removal cost should have been £10. Consequently, it appears that they intentionally overcharged me. Nevertheless, let's move on to the actual manicure and pedicure experience. The manicurist was pleasant, but this turned out to be one of the most subpar manicures I've had. There are air bubbles in some nails, some nails feel uneven, and there are streaks on certain nails where it seems like she painted over wet polish before the previous layer had dried. I noticed this because she was painting three nails at a time and then instructing me to place my hand under the UV light - rather than completing the entire hand at once. This method not only seemed peculiar but also prolonged the process to about 50 minutes for the manicure, and the final result isn't very pleasing. To be fair, my pedicure looks better, but I only noticed the condition of my hands once I returned to my car since I was in a rush due to my parking time running out. The owner displayed extreme rudeness and, as a new customer, she should have set a welcoming tone, which unfortunately, she did not. My manicure was unsatisfactory, and my pedicure was average. The manager was impolite, the manicurist was kind but the quality of the manicure was lacking. In conclusion! I highly recommend avoiding this establishment.
