I had a fantastic experience getting my nails done in preparation for my upcoming holiday! The shellac manicure turned out perfectly, and the staff were incredibly efficient, friendly, and helpful. Plus, the pricing was very reasonable.
I used to rely on this nail salon before it underwent renovations. However, my recent visit was a complete disappointment. I arrived at 10am to schedule a 1pm pedicure appointment, assuming it was noted down. When I returned at 12.55pm, I was made to wait until 1.35pm, with promises of being ready in 5 minutes repeated every 10 minutes. By the time my feet were soaked at 1.35pm, they had turned white due to the excessive soaking. The actual pedicure didn't begin until 2.30pm, carried out by a beauty therapist instead of a nail technician as expected. The lack of English proficiency among the staff led to poor communication.
