Substandard manicure, neglects nail cleanliness post-filing. Lack of attention to detail evident. Hydra facial concluded in a mere 15 minutes! Disregard for customer grievances and displayed a discourteous attitude. I do not endorse this establishment for any services.
Please find enclosed my feedback on the acrylic removal service. Despite the pleasant demeanour of the attendant, I must express my disappointment. I anticipate a full reimbursement as I had to seek correction elsewhere before commencing work.
Steer clear at all costs. Reserved a 45-minute head massage but received only 30 minutes. The masseuse exhibited skill, yet the "receptionist" seemed disconnected. Absence of welcoming ambiance, extremely low energy. Upon early arrival, instructed to wait standing until the masseuse arrived. No seating available, while a gentleman consumed curry on the premises, permeating a strong odour. Room uncomfortably warm, devoid of background music, with only the loud chatter of the "receptionist" disrupting relaxation. Spare yourself the effort and time, seek services elsewhere.
