Avoid. Unprofessional conduct and discourtesy at its peak. From my entrance to my departure, the entire team gossiped about me, ridiculed me, making me feel incredibly uneasy. I was charged extra for a refill claiming it was a superior product, and just 2 days later, my nail broke. When I informed them, their response was lacklustre and unhelpful. Unbelievable, steer clear of this establishment. P.S. The photo was taken a couple of days post the nail mishap.
The finest nail salon I've encountered for gel/shellac treatments. My nails consistently turn out flawlessly, enduring without chipping. The rates are reasonable, and the staff is exceptionally amiable. I'm thrilled to have found a salon I can rely on.
My 17-year-old child reserved online for acrylic nails with colour and paid a £5.40 deposit. The quoted price was £27.00, but upon payment, the deposit wasn't deducted. Instead, an additional £10.00 was requested, resulting in a total payment of £42.00. Upon inquiring about the overcharge, they claimed to have applied shellac, which was neither requested nor confirmed with her. Despite my insistence, they adamantly refused a refund, only returning the deposit. The staff's arrogance, laughing amongst themselves, and the entire shop being privy to the situation (created by them) displayed utter unprofessionalism. It seems they exploited a quiet, young girl who wouldn't protest. I've observed similar conduct on previous visits. I recommend always accompanying young individuals to prevent such overcharging. I will not return or recommend this establishment. Their treatment of a paying customer was disappointing; evidently, they don't value business. AVOID!!!! Appalling service.
