Outstanding Service. I underwent a Facial and it was truly delightful. Feeling rejuvenated and my complexion is radiant. Received a wonderful facial massage, feeling completely at ease. The staff are exceptionally welcoming and attentive to customer needs, offering tailored recommendations based on individual skin types. Charming individuals, dedicated employees, keep up the great work.
The nail technician did this to my nails, it was so humiliating. I simply requested infills... she removed my polish and expected me to leave like that or pay extra for polish to be reapplied. The polish she was charging me for was acrylic gel, but she used regular nail polish instead. Will not be returning.
I presented a reference image of the haircut I desired for my son to the hairdresser, but the end result was quite different. The hairdresser refused to do a fade at the back and sides because the hair would be too short - which defeats the purpose of a fade - The haircut ended up looking very basic and unflattering. Would not recommend. I am also dissatisfied with my daughter's haircut, especially since it was her first.
