What stood out was Lucas' ability to pinpoint and address areas of tension without causing extreme discomfort, or leaving me feeling more tense afterward (which I've encountered with other masseurs in the past). I felt lighter, more relaxed, and rejuvenated after the session, slept deeply that night, and woke up without a headache for the first time in weeks. He regularly checks in with me during the session to ensure my comfort. The results of his massages have been remarkable. Initially, I could barely move, but now I am in a much improved condition. I am extremely grateful for Nico's advice on exercises to enhance my body's flexibility between appointments. I highly recommend him as a therapist!
