Needed urgent hair care, they went the extra mile to help. Was anxious - unnecessary. Haircut was perfect, exactly what I wanted, colour spot on. Delighted I discovered this spot - welcoming, skilled staff and a pleasant atmosphere.
Organised a pamper party for my granddaughter's fifth birthday with her six friends. The two hairstyles were amazing, the girls loved it. Highly recommend to all.
Terrible haircut experience. Had to request a recut as my hair was uneven, not checked before removing the gown. Right side longer than left. Stylist tried to fix it, but at home, it's still a mess. Uneven lengths, top and bottom layers mismatched. Looks sloppy. Won't return, wouldn't recommend.
