Absolutely delighted! The atmosphere is so welcoming and calm, I had my hair trimmed and styled which I was extremely satisfied with. My nails were painted in a vibrant shade of magenta and lasted much longer than anticipated. The natural lift lashes were simply amazing... I adore them! Upon receiving a £25 gift voucher, I contacted Elevate to inquire about a treatment I could book within this budget. The staff member recommended a 1-hour Deluxe Manicure for £30. I agreed to book this and cover the additional £5 myself. However, when I arrived for my appointment, I was informed that my treatment would now cost £45 as Elevate had raised their prices just 3 days after I made the booking! I was never informed at the time of booking about the impending price increase, and there was no mention of it in any of the numerous emails I received between booking and the appointment date. While I understand that prices can fluctuate, going from £30 to £45 for the same 1-hour Manicure treatment is quite a jump! To make matters worse, I sent a follow-up email to the manager of Elevate expressing my disappointment, but received no response whatsoever! There are many reputable salons in Aldridge where you will receive excellent customer service - this is not one of them. Steer clear!
