I visited thrice in a span of 5 days. During the first visit, none of the tubes emitted heat and light. The second visit was perfect, but during the third visit, half of the session was without heat from the tubes, lasting only 2 to 3 minutes. When I brought this up with the manager, she insisted on speaking to the area manager!! There was no apology, she just kept saying that no one else had complained. The staff present on Thursday and Friday were fantastic, very friendly and professional. The manager is quite an embarrassment.
This was my inaugural visit to this salon. The young woman at the reception desk was exceedingly pleasant and helpful. I achieved a lovely light tan to kick things off.
The ladies here are superb. Incredibly professional and always greet you with joy 😊 The establishment is impeccably clean with ample tanning beds. There's never a long wait. They offer a wide range of excellent products and the ladies can assist you in finding what suits you best. …
