Absolutely charming and courteous staff! They accommodated my young lad and made him feel truly special. Despite his usual nervousness, he felt completely relaxed here and they fulfilled his every wish. I will definitely return and highly recommend. Thank you for a delightful experience for both myself and my son!
I've never had worse nails done. The staff were unwelcoming, applying only one uneven layer of black gel paint that revealed the nail underneath. The polish was sloppily applied onto my skin and instead of cleaning it before setting, they resorted to using a dirty nail to scrape some off and FILE the excess polish from my skin after it had cured! My nails were already quite short, and the additional filing was painful. The outcome was uneven, adhered to my skin, and very unsightly. Half of a nail (with polish) came off the same evening. By the time I took photos, I had already removed the excess bits.
I must clarify that I awarded one star because no other option was available. This establishment is a complete waste of money! I will never return to this nail salon. After having my nails done, the gel started peeling off within hours. Upon returning for a fix, the nail technician kept cautioning me to "be careful." I have had gel nails done previously with no issues whatsoever. Despite his efforts to "fix" them, they ended up bumpy and uneven. However, as my graduation was the next day, I didn't want to expose my nails to more UV light so I left feeling very dissatisfied. Three hours later, they were peeling off again. It's utterly absurd, a waste of money—avoid at all costs!
