I have been a loyal customer of Perfection for many years now, and I must say that all the treatments I have received have been impeccable. The team of ladies there are truly amazing. Recently, I had my nails done by Sophie, who is a new addition to the team. I was thoroughly impressed by her focus and attention to detail. She did an excellent job, especially with trimming my cuticles. Not only do my nails look better than ever, but they also last much longer now.
I have always received excellent service at Perfection. The staff are very friendly and provide great service consistently.
My experience with Nicola, who did my lash lift and tint, was absolutely fantastic. She was so friendly and made me feel completely at ease. However, my encounter with Sophie was quite the opposite. She was incredibly rude and did a terrible job with my nails. I left the salon in tears, as she had left my cuticles bleeding and my nails in a horrendous state. Even the manager agreed that the quality was subpar. I would strongly advise avoiding Sophie at all costs. This was my first and last visit with her.
