Mel was pleased to accept my deposit but lacked clear communication about the appointment timing (due to a product not being ordered). It took two weeks from the promised arrival of the product to the actual appointment.

WOW!!!! I underwent the 'Vampire Facial' last night and the results are absolutely phenomenal... my skin feels incredibly firm and smooth. I wholeheartedly suggest this treatment to all. Mel demonstrated utmost professionalism from the beginning, making me comfortable right away.
