A well-managed private practice, but it seems to be shifting towards a more process-oriented approach rather than focusing on individual patients. Appointments are now scheduled at the convenience of the practice, which may not always align with the patients' schedules. While receiving a notification two weeks before the appointment is standard, it can be inconvenient for those who work away or have school-aged children. This benefits the practice more than the customers. Nonetheless, the staff members are exceptional.
The dentist I visit is attentive to my dental anxiety, providing reassurance throughout procedures. Prognosis and future needs are clearly communicated, making it an outstanding practice!
I highly recommend this practice, especially for nervous patients or first-timers. The atmosphere is welcoming and friendly, making you feel at ease. The staff provide excellent care, explaining everything thoroughly. My first visit was a pleasant experience, and I will definitely return.
