Visited for the first time yesterday, and it was beyond expectations! From the beginning to the end, all the staff were exceptional, very welcoming and incredibly helpful. The spa itself was magnificent, exceeding our expectations for a hotel spa. The outdoor swim-up bar was a brilliant addition, making us feel like we were on vacation. The entire experience was superb, and kudos to whoever designed it. Will absolutely come back.
Attended a spa day on 17.7.24 and it was delightful! Encountered a slight issue with someone at the spa who seemed unaware that sunbeds cannot be reserved with towels/robes (despite clear instructions upon arrival), but the bar attendant promptly intervened to clarify. She excelled in making drinks and serving with a smile, even in the intense heat. She truly deserves a raise! Opted for afternoon tea, beautifully presented. Personally not a fan of the chicken and raisin/cheese and pickle/hummus sandwiches, but I am quite particular. Overall, everyone was delightful, and I would definitely return!
This spa is absolutely stunning! Not overcrowded and a lovely place to spend the day! Opted for an afternoon session, highly recommend the lunch, and particularly enjoyed the swim-up bar and sunken hot tub! Will definitely return!
