I am utterly appalled by the lack of professionalism. Scheduled an appointment with Adam only for it to be cancelled. Rescheduled another one, which was also cancelled within 30 minutes of the appointment time. Offered a third appointment for the next day at 9:00 am. Arrived promptly to find the salon closed, waited for 30 minutes, and still, no one showed up. Despite numerous calls and messages, no response. Unbelievably disgraceful treatment of customers. Forced to give one star, would give none.
