Amid these uncertain times, I felt a bit apprehensive about my first salon visit. However, my worries were quickly eased. The therapist (Alesha) was incredibly reassuring and guided me through the new safety protocols. The salon was well-organized, with clients coming and going at different times. It was impeccably clean, with thorough sanitization and safety measures in place. Despite these new precautions, my appointment was incredibly relaxing and enjoyable. Had a wonderful time on Saturday with Jess. Absolutely adore my fresh hue!! Jess took the time to discuss with me exactly what I desired and what would complement my natural shade. I then had my locks transformed into a chic Lob and she styled it flawlessly.
I felt truly special and at ease during these Covid times. The hygiene standards were top-notch and I felt completely secure in her care.
