Visited this salon multiple times for builder gel. Last week, I was informed that the gel needed soaking off as my nails had lifted from the nail bed. This was not mentioned during my previous visits. Now, I am left with extremely painful and thin nails. I will not be returning.
The gel always stays on perfectly, and the technicians do impeccable work. The prices are reasonable, and the staff are delightful. I wouldn't consider going anywhere else.
I had to give a rating of 1 star, but I wish I could give 0. This establishment is absolutely terrible, and the individuals working there are incredibly lazy and impolite. They did a sloppy job, rushing through it and putting gel on my skin more than on my actual nails! Do not waste your time or money at this dreadful place! Stay far away, especially from the Asian man!
