Visited Moss today for a fresh trim after ages - my sibling has praised the salon for years and adores it. The salon itself is truly charming, extremely tidy and has a welcoming atmosphere. The stylist did a fantastic job on my hair - I usually end up in tears after a haircut but this time was completely different - I adore my new style and felt amazing walking out of the salon. Also received plenty of tips and suggestions for maintaining healthy hair (products and techniques). Will definitely be returning. Thank you!
I have been a patron of Moss for a decade and always suggest it when someone mentions searching for a new salon. Alex (my primary stylist) has been incredibly attentive over the years as I have altered my style, colour and cut multiple times, always leaving the salon content. She takes the time to truly grasp what you desire and is evidently very knowledgeable. When a friend had a bad experience at a salon in the town centre, I directed her to Alex and she was much happier with the outcome. You are well taken care of by all the individuals at Moss, whether it’s a junior stylist washing your hair, or a senior stylist colouring etc. They uphold high standards and this is evident in the excellence of their services.
Finest hairdresser in Manchester. I have been getting my hair styled and coloured at Moss (Alex) for over 4 years and it’s always precisely what I desire and more! Before Moss, I frequented many other salons but they never listened to my requests or got the colour right. I now reside in the city centre and journey out to Alty solely to visit Alex because she’s truly exceptional. The entire experience is more than just a haircut, it feels like a friendly catch up and my sides hurt from laughing every time I depart. Highly, highly, highly recommend.
