Had a last-minute appointment this morning at Pals and it was fantastic! Claire coloured and blow-dried my hair amazingly. Delighted with the results!
Terrible service. Came here to get ready for a big event. While I was explaining my blow dry preferences, the hairdresser rolled her eyes at a colleague and made a mocking gesture. I caught this in the mirror and she thought I didn't notice. The blow dry was rough, almost damaging my hair, and the bill was close to £50. Absolutely the worst experience. Doesn't even deserve a single star. Would not recommend this place at all.
I've been visiting Kelly at pals for years and always had a great time. Everyone's so kind and pleased with my hair. Now, my kids see Kelly and feel at ease getting their hair done. My daughter went from dreading it to asking for appointments! Wouldn't go anywhere else. Also, reasonably priced.
