I am absolutely delighted with my hair. Lauren took the time to understand my lifestyle and preferences, tailoring the cut accordingly. This salon has now become my preferred choice for hairdressing services!
I have been frequenting Hobs Amersham for years and have observed a decline over the past year. Despite my hopeful anticipation for improvement, the situation has only worsened. Prices have risen while the standard of customer service and quality has plummeted. My recent experience with my regular colouring service was abysmal. The atmosphere was negative and unwelcoming. The colouring was not done properly, leaving many grey hairs untouched. Additionally, my hair was severely dried out during the process. The stylist did not even bother to check if I was satisfied after washing my hair. I will not be returning.
Today marked my initial visit to this delightful salon. I was greeted warmly by the reception staff. Kate styled my hair with a cut and blow dry. She was incredibly attentive, listening to my preferences and needs. The salon boasts a fantastic atmosphere. I was thrilled with the outcome of Kate's work and will definitely return!
