Took my son to get his ears pierced, all the staff were so welcoming and friendly. My son was quite nervous but Maria soon put him at ease and was so patient with him, even giving him a certificate afterwards which I thought was really lovely. The earrings are beautiful and my son is so happy. I highly recommend Maria's beauty hub, thank you all.
After years of visiting Maria's beauty hub I am shocked to rate the service I received one star. If google had a minus option I’d choose that but sadly they don’t. I was taken aback by how comfortably Maria loves to gossip negatively about all of her clients while I was getting my hair styled and how she is so painstakingly unprofessional when it comes to handling a client's hair! But despite this, I remained loyal as a customer as it was convenient at the time. My last encounter with Maria was utterly disappointing and quite frankly disgraceful. The way I was spoken to with such disdain and anger because I dared to (politely) question the final price of a service I came for. She was so rude and unprofessional in the way she treated me, I left the salon feeling humiliated. This is when I made the decision to never return to this place again. I'd rather spend more money at a place that isn't managed by an absolute witch and someone who actually knows how to care for a client's hair and not leave them worse off than when they arrived. She also tried to insinuate that I arrived early but that's not true, I arrived on time for my appointment and she frequently left the room during the supposed service. Even after leaving, I received a very distasteful text message from her which I found very peculiar!! So to future clients; I advise against asking questions about prices unless you want to be verbally attacked and harassed! And be aware that you are most certainly being talked about behind your back!
Have been having my nails done here regularly for a while now, it's a welcoming salon, staff all know their stuff and do a fantastic job on making my nails look great and i'm always pleased with end results.
