Absolutely adore this spot. They can handle any request with finesse. Exquisite nail designs. Occasionally a bit of a wait, but definitely worth it.
The absolute worst experience. I had scheduled an appointment for both my hands and feet, only to be told on the day that they couldn't do my toes. Not only that, but they overcharged me as well. Avoid this place at all costs. The staff member also had a terrible attitude. I cannot recommend this place. Additionally, my nails were done very thickly. I remained polite throughout my interaction with the nail technician, so your claim that I used foul language is false. I will not be returning to this establishment, not even if it were the last salon on Earth. Perhaps if you took the time to accurately record people's information, you would make correct bookings. It seems you struggle to comprehend customers over the phone. If you rectify your deceptive practices and improve your attitude, maybe then I would consider giving your salon another chance.
