I visited the store today and had to wait quite a bit at the checkout as the staff were having personal conversations instead of acknowledging customers. I stood there waiting for them to finish their chat. If you're open, please acknowledge the customer; this is basic customer service. It's usually okay, but either have your chat after you've finished working or during your break. Don't leave customers waiting while you gossip. I was a bit disappointed.
I usually go later in the day because of family commitments. I enjoy the shopping experience and appreciate the special offers. The quality of vegetables and fruits is good. I find the store enjoyable, and the parking is convenient. The staff are also very pleasant.
I really appreciate this store. It can get a bit crowded, but that's to be expected in a supermarket. The staff have always been friendly, and there's a wide range of choices. The only downside is that the queues are consistently long, but I don't blame the staff.
