Tom is exceptional at his craft. His genuine enthusiasm shines through, and his professionalism is top-notch. I always depart feeling fantastic, and I wholeheartedly recommend his services to everyone! Booking online is a breeze, and there is ample parking if you continue down the street as the centre can get quite busy. The prices are great, and you are always greeted with a warm welcome.
What a delightful group of gentlemen. Incredibly welcoming and supportive, without any hint of judgment. The entire team here creates an atmosphere that is both inviting and calming. The salon exudes a sense of tranquillity and peace, making you feel relaxed the moment you step inside. The decor is exquisite, and the interior is wonderfully warm. During my visit, I indulged in two treatments: gel nails with a manicure and a luxurious spa facial, both expertly administered by Oliver. My nails were beautifully done exactly as I desired 😊 I am absolutely thrilled with them! Oliver pays meticulous attention to detail, always checking if I was satisfied or if I wanted any adjustments. He did a fantastic job, and I will certainly be returning for another set of gels soon. Moving on to my facial. The setup is luxurious, incredibly serene and cosy. As a first-timer for a facial, I was unsure of the process, but regardless of my expectations, it was a truly amazing experience. Incredibly relaxing and soothing, with the soft background music enhancing the perfect ambiance. It felt like every cream, lotion, and potion under the sun was applied to my skin 🤣 which I thoroughly enjoyed, as my skin felt noticeably softer and brighter after the treatment. The massaging technique was delightful, I was so relaxed that I could have easily drifted off to sleep. Oliver is a delightful and friendly individual who performed two outstanding treatments for me, making me feel at ease and welcomed from the moment I arrived until I left. All the staff were equally welcoming, and I have already scheduled an appointment for eyelashes next week 😊 I can't wait... Thank you, gentlemen, for continuing to excel in what you do best.
