Just collected my prescription from the doctor's office, usually the staff are friendly and helpful, but today I encountered a very rude attendant who was short-tempered and kept giving me eye rolls. I simply came in for my prescription due to pain, and received a terrible attitude from her. When I asked if I could wait, she rolled her eyes again and said yes.. absolutely shocking service!
The store is quite spacious, but there is room for improvement in customer service. The key is to communicate politely, and unfortunately, that was lacking in this store. The Dundee branch provides a much better experience.
I stopped by the Arbroath store today and was impressed by how neat and well-stocked it looked. I was assisted by a courteous young man named Max at the checkout. A truly pleasant customer experience. Well done.
