I placed an order for 2 items online. When I went to collect the orders at the Luton store, I discovered that one item was missing from a very large box that was four times the size of the items I had ordered. Since I live outside Luton, I had to make an additional trip to get the missing item. The manager mentioned that the second item may not have been delivered to the store at the same time, which seemed strange as I had received an email stating that both items were available in-store. She went to the storeroom and handed me a package that was ten times the size of the item I had ordered, without any apology. This mistake cost me £8 in extra taxi fare. Thank you, Superdrug, for your lack of consideration!

I pop in here a few times every week, usually find great deals on cosmetics (for my partner), shower gels, toothpaste, deodorant, face creams. The staff are very efficient and friendly, always greeting me when I enter the shop.
