I had a very disappointing experience when trying to book a Hollywood wax. I inquired about the price, and was quoted £40. As a beautician with 7 years of experience in waxing services, I typically charge £28 for a simple Hollywood wax. When I asked the person on the phone about what the treatment included, they simply said they couldn't explain and that there was no one available to provide more information. I am not solely concerned about the cost, but I would like to understand why the price is so high. The lack of professionalism from the individual on the phone was quite off-putting.
Just returned from a fantastic afternoon spent with Linda, the beauty therapist. The back cleansing treatment was absolutely wonderful and essential for upcoming holidays. Additionally, the collagen facial was incredibly relaxing in a serene environment. The staff were delightful, and the overall atmosphere was lovely. I also purchased a beauty product at a very reasonable price. Thank you, Linda, for your expertise and professionalism. I will definitely be returning for more treatments.
