I was captivated by a design created by Jack and reached out to him politely to inquire about the possibility of customising it to resemble my beloved dog. Initially, Jack was prompt in his responses and requested a photo of my dog and the necessary measurements for a cost estimate. Regrettably, amidst battling illness, I forgot to provide these details. When I attempted to reconnect with Jack yesterday, I was shocked to find that he had blocked me on Instagram. Despite reaching out on Facebook to explain and apologise for my oversight, he continues to ignore my attempts at communication. This unprofessional behaviour reflects poorly on his business. It's disappointing as I finally mustered the courage to get a tattoo, even willing to travel from Manchester, only to be let down by the service.
Exceptional experience! Jack is both friendly and talented, creating a comfortable atmosphere during the tattooing process. The private room setting eliminates typical studio distractions, allowing for complete relaxation. I adore my tattoo and will certainly return for more in the future!
Just returned from having my first tattoo in 14 years done by Jack. Thrilled with the final result, and Jack is genuinely a pleasant individual. I'll definitely be scheduling my next appointment soon.
