I reached out to Jordan Patel during their recent holiday break and was absolutely thrilled when Jordan personally responded. I was struggling with their online booking system as I wanted a unique hair colouring done. Jordan recommended a quick consultation before scheduling an appointment. Scheduled Olivia for a luxurious manicure and pedicure for my daughter as a special treat. Confirmed Olivia would use gel nails. Paid upfront but Olivia didn't use gel nails and later claimed that mittens would cause the gel to come off?. Upon questioning, I was informed that gel nails would cost an additional £10! The confusion regarding the services provided is concerning!
Made multiple calls and sent emails. No refund was issued. What a deception - even over the phone, the lady acknowledged the misleading information!

Initially visited Samuel for brow lamination and a massage, and now I visit him regularly for a variety of services ranging from lash lifts to facials to waxing. I would wholeheartedly recommend him to anyone! The therapist Emily is very knowledgeable and professional in providing a tailored treatment plan. Within a few visits I had overcome my digestive issues and was back on track. In addition, I sought out therapeutic massage for treatment of hip & back pain. Again Emily completed her assessment and treatment. After a few sessions, I have had a remarkable reduction in pain and improvement in mobility and flexibility.
