The staff are extremely friendly and welcoming. Accompanying my partner today to witness her nail treatment, I was thoroughly impressed by the exceptional staff. They consistently checked on me, offering drinks and ensuring my comfort.

Absolutely dreadful. Initially had a person doing my nails. Inquired about marble nails, was assured it could be done. Midway through, a different individual took over and applied gel powder haphazardly, resulting in uneven application with bubbles and fluff trapped inside. Despite multiple attempts, the marble effect was a failure, and the acrylic and gel powder were applied too close to the skin, causing discomfort. After expressing dissatisfaction, the original person took over again, but the filing left my nails tender and misshapen. Despite the subpar outcome, I reluctantly agreed to pay £35 due to time constraints.
