Got my haircut last Friday, exactly how I like it. Thanks, Tanja.
Rarely leave reviews but felt compelled to share about this salon. Inconsistent haircuts. Paid £45 for a rushed wash and cut/blow dry due to understaffing. Customers shouldn't bear the brunt of staffing issues. If short-staffed, take fewer appointments or offer a discount for rushed service. My haircut lacked proper styling and was bluntly cut without thinning the ends. Felt like an inconvenience being there. The blow dry left my hair frizzy and needed to be redone. Not worth the price or service quality.
Great haircut experience. Quick and easy walk-in service. Needed a trim before my flight. Very friendly and accommodating staff. It would be better if they accepted card payments. Had to get cash from an ATM nearby. Overall, a great atmosphere.
