Absolutely dreadful. Initially had a person doing my nails. Inquired about marble nails, was assured it could be done. Midway through, a different individual took over and applied gel powder haphazardly, resulting in uneven application with bubbles and fluff trapped inside. Despite multiple attempts, the marble effect was a failure, and the acrylic and gel powder were applied too close to the skin, causing discomfort. After expressing dissatisfaction, the original person took over again, but the filing left my nails tender and misshapen. Despite the subpar outcome, I reluctantly agreed to pay £35 due to time constraints. A time-consuming and unsatisfactory experience, I will be seeking removal elsewhere.
Accompanied by my daughters, we were all dissatisfied with the service. One daughter's nails chipped on the same day, the other's nails began coming off after a week, and my nails were excessively filed, making them fragile. The unhelpful owner refused a refund, placing blame on us for the issues. I strongly advise against this salon for those seeking long-lasting and professional nail care.
An unpleasant ordeal that I wouldn't wish upon anyone! The rushed boss took on more clients while already busy, resulting in a rushed job. A nail chipped and cracked the polish within hours, prompting a return visit. Refusing a fix, I, along with my mum and sister, experienced subpar service. An unpleasant establishment, it's no surprise it remains empty.
