The most miserable, unhelpful, and rude staff I have ever encountered. They were so hostile towards an elderly gentleman that I had to restrain myself from speaking out. Sort yourselves out before you end up next to closing time. Absolutely disgraceful.
A doctor prescribes a 12-month medication, but I never receive it promptly without having to follow up. Additional prescriptions have gone missing or been left unattended for weeks because they were not in stock, yet I was not informed until I inquired about them, and only then did they release it for me to take elsewhere. Today, I was told that if I want my prescription on time, I should call them a week in advance. Why should I have to?
