I'd rate this place higher than 5 stars if possible! It's an exceptional establishment, with a team that is exceptionally welcoming (especially when dealing with a selective client like myself!). Kim goes the extra mile to ensure my nails are flawless. I highly recommend it.
Absolutely fantastic nail salon! The team were all incredibly kind and accommodating. Kim's artistic talent is truly exceptional. I couldn't fault a single thing here.
Performed an outstanding job on the acrylic nails - they are flawless. The only improvement would be to inform customers of the cost upfront, as I have never paid £50 for a nail set before. If I had known the price, I might have reconsidered the service. While the nails look good, they only last for about 2 weeks, so £50 seems quite steep considering other nearby salons are more affordable and offer similar quality. Additionally, no refreshments were offered to me, although they were offered to another customer, and some of the staff seemed unfriendly. I won't be returning due to these reasons.
